Encouragement Today and Motivation Monday

All to often when we’re dealing with anger, it isn’t really the anger we are seeing, it is something that is beneath it.
Anger is the outer mask of a much deeper emotion.
If you are experiencing anger or you know someone who is, take the time to evaluate the situation better. You may be surprised by what you find.
Many times anger will mask loneliness, fear, insecurity, pain, anxiety, frustration, jealousy, as well as many others.
Take the time to observe your circumstances and determine what the anger is masking. If you do this, you will be surprised how much more patience you will have for either yourself or your loved one.
I am a firm believer that knowledge is power. When you understand your circumstances, you are better equipped to accept the reality behind the emotions.
Take the time to find the truth behind the emotions and when you do this, the love for yourself or you loved one will be a healthier one.
