25 Day Christmas Count Down

This is a recipe my neighbor gave me. She is also one who goes for the easiest recipe with the fewest ingredients without sacrificing taste.

I hope you enjoy this one as well.

Ingredients

1 lb brown sugar

1 c white sugar

4 Tbsp white corn syrup

1 c water

1 small jar of peanut butter

Directions

Put sugars, syrup and water into a sauce pan and cook to a soft boil (very soft). Remove from stove and add peanut butter. Beat until stiff. Pour into a greased 9×9 inch pan. Let cool, cut, and enjoy.
