Examine your relationships for who is doing all the work. If your relationships are healthy, they will not be lopsided in who is doing all of the work.
Evaluate you situation and determine if you are doing all the work such as texting, calling, or visiting. In a healthy relationship you will see equal contact occurring.
If this is not the case, submit your relationship to prayer to determine if what your are seeing is real. This will enable you to make healthier life choices.
