A lot has gone on since the last I wrote.

My sweet and tough daughter has begun a new treatment plan to boost her immune system. She has been through so much over the past four years that if this new treatment works, she will gain her life back. She struggles so much to lead a “normal” busy college student life, that this needs to happen for her now.

My entire family has been sick and now we are going through round two of it all over again. This is a bit frustrating, but with my family, I should not be surprised.

Another huge change took place this week. I took a giant leap of faith by upgrading my blog to a paid version. It has been my desire to earn an income from my blog, but never knew when the right time to do it was.

Well, this week God put it on heart this was the right time and I have been obedient, yet fearful, but obedient to listen. This week I have worked very had to get it up and running as efficiently as this one.

My new blog is the same as this one. It is still Home Life & Encouragement . My new blog, however, will allow me to incorporate my family business, HL&E Designs to it as well.

I am still writing about the same topics in life. The only difference is you will see more advertisements that will hopefully help to bring in revenue for my family. I am calling my new blog the 2.0 version to this one.

I am still importing posts into my pages, but I have it up and running for the most part. I have everything caught up except for my Encouragement Page. I am hoping to get this process finished today. I also need to figure out how to import all of you, my followers, into my following there as well.

Until I get the importing of my followers figured out, it is my hope and prayer that you will consider going over to my new page and click follow me there as well. I will keep this blog running until God guides me otherwise, but my focus will be my 2.0 to make an income. I have included a tab on the right side of this page right under my name and you can access my new Home Life & Encouragement 2.0 Page from either the link that is above or that one on the tab.

I need followers on my 2.0 page in order to make an income from new blog. If you are inspired or encouraged by this one, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share my new page with your family and friends as well.
